The car was great very comfortable and in very good condition! The pickup location was a little sketchy, especially in the dark. Besides that it was a good experience!
Our storage lot is located a block away from police station. Unfortunately, the downtown of Kelowna is a sketchy place. We did offer the airport pick up and drop off, but you declined the cost associated with it.

It was a good car but the AWD was not functioning
AWD was not functioning during your trip, because of a rubber ring that someone placed on the switch. Sorry that we missed that obstacle.
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
