The car is still in good condition despite its age, and the pickup and return locations were convenient for us.
However, I was surprised by the $27 CAD parking fee when we arrived at the airport to pick up the car. It seemed that the vehicle had been parked for the entire day, even though our scheduled pickup time was only at 11:30 PM.
I’m hoping we can get a refund or adjustment for this parking fee. Just two weeks ago, we rented another vehicle through Turo with the same seating capacity, and we only paid $5 CAD for the parking fee upon pickup.

We informed the guest prior to delivery that how much airport parking fees would apply. The guest acknowledged and accepted this arrangement as no other vehicle was available for delivery at midnight.
After accepting the vehicle under these terms/ the guest subsequently requested a refund and indicated that they may leave a negative rating if the refund was not provided. We believe it is important for other hosts to be aware of this type of guest
Good pickup and friendly host. The car is quite old and the AC stopped working numerous times throughout our trip. There is no Bluetooth for music either which wasnt great. Otherwise if you need a car to get you from point a to point b it was fine.

. The vehicle’s Bluetooth only works with Android 10 and later models. Sorry to hear that your phone does not support the vehicle’s Bluetooth system without a cable.
The A/C is working completely fine. You just need to turn off Eco Mode. We checked and noticed that Eco Mode was turned on when you complained that the A/C was not working.

This car was great! Cherry picked us up right at arrivals and handed the key off. Same with departure, she met us right at the door. Couldnt ask for better service
