Great communication from Simon, easy pick up and a nice ride! This car did everything we needed it to for our road trip. Only travelled highways and paved roads but the 4WD would come in handy for those looking for something off the beaten path! Lots of space and good gas mileage.

For an older vehicle it was reliable and comfortable and served all our needs. Simon added Bluetooth so we could play our music/maps which was great. Would definitely use Simon's car again in the future

Simon is great at communication. The check in process was easy, however the car engine was making a loud noise, the car was continuously at a 5000 rpm throughout our first 1 hour and did not feel safe to drive on the road. We had to return the car back and had to call turo road side assistance to ensure the car is returned. This caused a huge delay in our road trip and I would not recommend this car.

Sorry this guest's trip didn't go as expected, but it's likely user error.
When vehicle was returned, I inspected and test drove it, works fine. No check engine, warning lights or mechanical faults. Based on their symptoms (Loud, 5,000 RPM, 90 km using $40 of fuel), I believe it was inadvertently operated in manual mode (1st gear) rather than Drive.
Guest never shared the photos/videos they referenced. The vehicle has completed 5-star trips before and after with no recurrence of this "issue"
The vehicle worked great! AC also worked well. The host was professional and a delight to rent from.
