pickup was easy, host was straightforward with insteuctions. car was great, everything worked fine! wheel was a bit stiff and car a bit dirty but other than that good experience!

Pick up was smooth as a breeze and we even extend our trip for a day and just did online easy. Highly recommended.

Pick up was good and easy. Car smelt of old coffee, someone's hat was left in the door. There was dried liquids all over the cup holder.
The vehicle itself has all the luxuries, heated and cooled seats and heated steering wheel.
The car had some mechanical issues, on the highway it was shake pretty bad and the steering wheel would wobble. Mentioned to the host at the beginning but he didn't offer to help fix or exchange vehicles.
