The trip was great. The pedals had no coating on them so our foot slipped a few times… other then that, the car did its job and got us from point A to point B. Host was very responsive and helpful!

Got the job done, easy collection and drop off

A/C did not work from all vents.
The ‘freshener’ was awful. Smelled like ‘cherry bombs’ all week. Scraping sound from right front wheel well.
Hi Suzan, sorry you were unhappy. The AC was working properly, so it may have been a settings issue. The air freshener could have simply been removed if the scent was too strong. The scraping noise was checked immediately after your trip — brakes work 100%, and a small rock behind the brake plate caused the sound. I also accommodated your late drop-off at no issue. Safe travels.
