Car was clean and host had good communication. Car radio was in and out, dash noisy and car did break down on us.

Thanks for your review. The car was in perfect condition when it was provided. Unfortunately, the serpentine belt failed, which required a tow from about 1.5 hours away and cost us $350. I was still very understanding throughout the situation, including, an unapproved driver to operate the vehicle. I appreciate your feedback and wish you safe travels.

Hi, I was disappointed by the 3-star rating because I don’t feel it fairly reflects your experience. The car was clean, in excellent condition, and exactly as described. We also accommodated your schedule change without any issue and even provided the child seat at no extra charge. If your concerns were related to Turo or the app, those are outside of our control and shouldn’t be reflected in our rating. I’d appreciate understanding what we could have done differently.
