Fantastic car, great condition. Host is very helpful and responsive. We had the car for a week for a road trip from Nova Scotia to Newfoundland and back.

The car was fine, but I don’t like the checkout process. It’s too complicated on a day of travel. There’s too much going on. I don’t have time to take all the pictures required and I don’t like receiving notifications that I’m late with my drop off when I was actually two hours early with a drop off.
I’m glad to hear the car performed well for your trip. The photo process is a Turo Platform requirement designed to protect both you and us as a host by documenting the car's condition to prevent any unfair claims.
Regarding the notifications: Turo’s system triggers those automatically based on when the 'Check-out' is completed by the guest. We checked the record. I see that you checked out at 9:55 instead of 9 , the system assumes the car is still out, that’s why you got the late return message
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine

Unreasonably dirty vehicles may result in a $150 fine
