The host did not come on time to give me the car, she was about 20-30 minutes late. Same thing for the return of the car. It was very disappointing because it was very crucial for me to leave Ottawa on time so that I could reach my destination on time. But due to this disappointing experience, I was very late. And that had consequences. It is really important that you stick to your time and commitment if you’re gonna be renting out your car to someone.
