The car was excellent! Pick up was smooth, fast response, and overall the car was reliable. However, throughout our whole trip an air tag ding kept going off and off on BOTH of our phones….we located the taped AirTag. This kept sending us unwanted notifications consistently throughout our whole drive. This is a violation of Turo’s privacy policies.
Thank you for your feedback. This is the only vehicle in our fleet that has ever triggered this issue, and we have not been able to locate any AirTag in the car. The vehicle only has a standard GPS tracker used for fleet management and security purposes, which is permitted by Turo policy.
