Elie is not familiar with the handover areas in the airport so I picked them up at the arrival and took them to the handover area, handed over to him and then led him back to the airport to pick the rest of his family. I saved him some costs for uber or Lyft and other inconvenience because he was very polite on the phone also he is a stranger to Toronto.
