I had really an excellent experience. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. He made both the pickup and drop-off extremely smooth and stress-free, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of.
I especially appreciate his patience and understanding—he even waited more than 30 minutes for me during the process, which I truly appreciated. Norman was always responsive, helpful, and willing to assist with anything I needed. His customer service was outstanding, and he genuinely made the rental experience much easier.
