We had a great experience with the car. We took it up for our family of five. It was clean, reliable and roomy! Drop off was great and the host was flexible with an unexpected trip extension. Will definitely rent again next time we are here. Thank you!

Ling was very responsive, punctual, and accommodating. She was willing to adjust to an earlier drop-off time, which made the return process convenient.
That said, there were a few issues with the vehicle. The Yukon was in need of a thorough cleaning, with food debris lodged in the seats and underneath the floor mats. The listing also states "1 trip," which could be misleading since the vehicle itself has over 121,000 km. While this may have been its first Turo rental, it is not a low-mileage vehicle.
Finally, we encountered rain during our trip and attempted to engage the all-wheel-drive system, but it did not appear to function properly. That was disappointing, particularly given the driving conditions.
