The exterior of the car was clean, but the interior needed a vacuum and a wipe down as it had dirt in the floor mat carpet and console area

The car worked great, pickup was easy, and was a good sized for what we needed. However, the car was very dirty when we picked it up, one of the first things we did was clean it, and there was a strong smoke smell. The smoke smell never dissipated. But the car worked well for our vacation travel.

Basically, the recent model rav4 was where it was supposed to be, and worked well throughout the week. So we were very pleased. It wasn't clean like a car from Enterprise, but it was clean enough. Bowen was responsive when I needed help for one thing, which I appreciated. The wiper blades do need to be changed though; they just smear at this point.

The outside of the car was dirty. Garbage inside and worse of all, windshield was so dirty in the outside that we had to forge out a way to clean it with windshield wiper fluid in order to see out! Also, we got charged a whole day of parking to get out of the parking lot as the car had been there for a day already! Host replied prior to pick up and then didn’t reply with my concerns till the last day of rental.
