As promised car was there, seats were clean through the inside and outside of the car was jot clean. Understand it’s all because of the current weather condition here. Car was good, no troubles, and good mileage too!!!

Was an ordeal because my original had issues, this was what I was offered in return last minute, car worked fine but was dirty and smelled at pick up, besides that was fine and my previous trips with these guys were fine.

All good, no problems. Battery sounded a little weak on start up (auto shut off only happened once)

Pickup location was easy to locate.

The + :
-Car was at the airport when we got there.
-All the information was clear
-Car was clean

The - :
-Rear wiper was not working properly . At the time of the year with rain, snow, and salt, makes your vision really poor especially at night.
-We had to pay for the parking when we got the car. Although, it was only 14 CAD, would have been nice to mention it.
- Car had 4 season tires instead of winter tires. Now, it does not seem much but it makes our whole journey unsafe and really stressful. December weather did not spare : snow, rain, icy rain, wind ... I really struggled to keep the car on the road.
I obviously contact them when I realized I had 4 season tires, they replied that all their cars with winter tires were booked, and that I should have better checked the information of the car. Meaning, winter tires in winter an option. Too bad it is not a filter criteria on turo... I guess because we're in Canada, and although in NS it's not mandatory 80% of the car are equipped with winter tires ...
Generally speaking, I would have appreciated a more solution driven discussion when told them it felt unsafe to drive in those conditions.
