I think the previous users of this vehicle stunk and left a lot of crumbs. I had to “air out” the vehicle on the highway because of how strongly it smelled of perfume/cologne/body odor. A quick wipe down would have been appreciated.
I indicated the time I’d arrive to pick up the vehicle at the airport, so I found it kind of annoying that they parked it over 6 hours earlier, forcing me to pay for all those parked hours at the airport. They advised that Truro may reimburse me for it.
I will say they are extremely responsive to all the msgs! Though the responses were very appreciated, the “it’s in the app” answer was annoying - I’m new to this app, so having more detail would have been nice. Overall, I think I’m a little hesitant to use this again. It is a great alternative for those looking for something cheaper than traditional car rental agencies

There is a noise when steering. Was not advised ahead of time that there would be a parking fee. It was $28.
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
