Everything was great, always easy to deal with, car was a bit dirty at pick up but to be expected with our winter conditions, thanks agin.

As soon as I got in the car, low washer fluid, one light out and the back passenger side was grinding and loud when I pulled 2 feet ahead. Sent a message to the owner and they said it was fine when they dropped it off. We drove it to our destination and then borrowed a friend's car. Literally drove it directly to our destination and back to the airport.

At the start of the trip, we responded immediately and offered a replacement vehicle if you were uncomfortable continuing. That option was declined, and the vehicle was used to complete the trip.
At drop-off, no warning lights or abnormal noise were present, and we always encourage guests to switch vehicles right away if any safety concerns arise.
We appreciate the feedback and will re-inspect the vehicle again to ensure everything is in top condition for future guests.

Car worked well, we were given a replacement car when we arrived so we appreciated that as apparently the car we booked was no longer available. No concerns
