The time that was spend during the initial process, was too long, i had many problems, first learning how the upp works.
Second, sending a message receiving an answer and trying to use the upp to get an answer was too long
The process to have all the required information more than a week

The car was exactly as expected based off of the listing, was perfect for everything we needed this trip. It was also relatively good on gas too which was a plus.

There were 3 issues with the Equinox, starting when we first picked it up.
The interior of the vehicle was dirty upon pickup, crumbs on seats and other debris in the back hatch and should have been vacuumed up prior to delivery.
Major wheel/tire noise on the highway at speeds above 80km/h, sounded like the tires were going to fall off.
The vehicle was at 13% oil life when we picked it up, we booked for 5 days, so we couldn't even use our allotted mileage of 1500km before it required maintenance, so we didn't get to do all the activities we had planned.
We were left with disappointment after disappointment. This could have easily been a 5 star review if simple things would have been addressed prior to the trip!

Fantastic company and service is normally good. I gave a 4 star this time (which I have rented from them a lot with 5 star rating every time) but because I had to pay to pick up the vehicle in underground parking to which I was not advised of this charge until I was exiting the pickup location with the vehicle. Otherwise, service and vehicle good as usual!
