Door unlock don’t work. Nav advertised and no nav. Hiding behind “regulation” to not give proper winter tires.

A great car and ride. Only bad experience is they said they would drop the car at airport. But didn’t say it would cost me $28 Parking. They refused refund and I had to contact support (1 hour) to get that money back. Bad customer service, with a great car. Please keep this in mind when booking.
