Very practical vehicle for our needs . The host was very easy to reach out compared to previous ones.

My review is two folds. Pick up and drop off of the rental was relatively easy and the instructions provided by the owner was clear enough to understand.
The vehicle itself however had more exterior damage when the vehicle was picked up than shown in the photos when I decided to rent the car. There was a huge windshield crack that ran across 3/4 of the windshield, dents to the truck hatch, and a scrape on the hood amongst other smaller dents. The interior was clean, but someone had left a pair of black slides behind in the front passenger footwell. Someone had also tried to clean the interior windshield on the drivers side but did a poor job of it as the smears on the interior side bothered me and made it hard to see when the sunlight/headlights at night reflected the smear marks.
When the car started, a dash message showed that the vehicle was 81 days / 8174 km’s behind for a service and was low in washer fluid. This was our first time using Turo and honestly, left me wondering if I’d ever use Turo again.

Vehicle had large dents on roof and the rear liftgate aswell as small dents all around the vehicle. Big crack all the way across the windshield. An overdue service warning. The ad pictures showed a clean brand new vehicle.
If I had more time between my trip and picking the vehicle up, I would have canceled this trip immediately. Not the "deluxe rental" I was paying for, instead you get a clapped out hoopty.
