Nightmare, important trip and I show up to a damaged car. They claim in was damaged the night before and forgot to notify me… very unlikely. Communication sucked wasn’t told what I need to do u until half hour in terminal already when I was dropping off. It was just all around nightmare and I don’t think I will use Turo again because of how horrific this experience was.

The car made my trip great! Didn’t have any trouble at all. It was great conversation with the host easy pick up and drop off at parked YEG Airport. Overall no issues except modifications of unlimited from limited mileage! I would highly recommend guests this car to give a try!
