Host was great. He was responsive. The car we initially booked wasn’t available so we were provided this car the morning of pickup.

Thank you for booking my car. Yes the car you booked wasn't available and I replaced it for you with exactly same car " a Nissan Pathfinder". As for the noise I explained to you this a big engine & big car and it is the normal Nissan Pathfinder noise. I don't think rating 3 stars is fair for this.

He truly went above and beyond to make sure our trip went smoothly and that our family was well taken care of. His kindness, flexibility, and willingness to help were greatly appreciated.
