The car was clean and the host was nice. I would recommend renting from him.

I booked and rent a black 2024 JEEP COMPASS and the car in the picture was different in reality.
The windshield was broken/cracked from the driver side all the way to the passenger side.
If you are gonna rent in TURO first and foremost inspect the tires that I hindsight. When I noticed it was late. I messaged the host he replied too late and in defensive mode and RUDE. I changed the 4tires out of my pocket for my safety.
The host doesn’t CARE and SYMPATHY.
And when I returned the car and the car key, the host did not say anything about the 4 new tires that he got free from me.

And never liked us. d delivery driver informed us as soon as d guest see d vehicle, she started complaining of scratches on d body of d vehicle. And d delivery driver told d guest u can decline to accept d vehicle if u are not comfortable because this issues are irrelevant, because d vehicle has just passed inspection. Guest was concerned for no call for an alarm. We uses all season tires not...

Car pickup was so easy. Easy to deal with owner. Car was very tidy and clean.
Last moment owner informed me about Crack in front windshield. Confirmed with Turo and owner in written. Also Key Fob had low battery. Good thing is it didnt die on me during my trip.
Finally trip ended with 2 hours early and with good faith I also get car washed and processed the return.
