Vehicle was spotless on pick up. Host was responsive, helpful and thoughtful. The car was brilliant to drive for our Ski Trip to FERNIE. Will definitely use Shi again in the future. Thank you Shi & Vicky!

Host initially changed pick up time. Then the car was full of dents in the front bumper and pass rear door, inside vinyl was ripped and car was dirty. When I mentioned those details they just left

I had booked for a wedding and I had initially requested the car to be clean and in good condition, but it was not
I'm not surprised by this review, as during our meeting you mentioned you did not want to pay the full price and asked for a discount, which I could not agree to.
Regarding the pick-up time, it was discussed and agreed in advance, and you submitted the change request in the app, as Turo does not allow the host to change trip times.
If I had “left” as you stated, the trip would not have started, and therefore a review would not even be possible. All of my guests have left very positive feedback.
No smoking allowed
