First off it was overpriced. Second of all, they were ready to charge me without giving me the car just because it took me 10 mins to find my driver's license. They didn't want to cancel the reservation but didn't want to give me the car. Meaning they would have the money without me enjoying the car. Thirdly, they erased a check engine light right before I took the car, instead of fixing it, luckily my husband is a mechanic and he has a machine that could tell exactly when the code was erased by previous users. The check engine light then came in while I was driving it. The engine sounds like an airplane and the breaks squeal like they're being hurt. Not worth it, do not recommend, unless you want to be robbed and accused of causing engine damage by fraudsters.
Hey Laura, I understand your frustration but you must abide by Turo's policy. An expired license will not be valid therefore I requested a new submission and politely explained you over the phone. I understand that this can cause stress but making up issues and accusing us as fraudsters is unacceptable. We prefer not to have any future businesses with you.

Amazing experience renting the 2013 CR-V. I booked pretty last minute and they still came through with great service. The car was clean, well maintained, and drove perfectly. Super smooth process from start to finish. Would definitely rent again.
