Chinedu was very responsive and accommodating with pick-up and drop-off times due to some other delays in my trip, which I very much appreciated.
The car was clean and worked mostly fine, other than a few things:
1. The car was perfectly clean except for the interior side of the windshield, which was super smudged, and the back mirror
2. I got 2 control alerts - 1 that Chinedu gave me heads-up about and was not an issue (tyre pressure); 2 was an engine alert which was concerning and made me stop for a quick check - all seemed fine and the alert eventually disappeared just before drop-off, however to someone who knows about car engines about as much as spaceships, this was quite a stress factor.
3. The cruise control is absolutely not adaptive.
4. There doesn't seem to be Android Auto. The car will connect to the phone via Bluetooth, but won't display map on the screen. Chinedu does have a phone mount to somewhat make up for it, although the mount is not very stable and tends to fall off easily.
Overall a good experience.

Just to clarify regarding the vehicle’s minor issue, it was subsequently inspected and diagnosed by a certified mechanic, who confirmed that the check-engine light was related to an EVAP/emissions leak caused by the fuel tank not being properly sealed by a previous user. The issue has since been addressed and resolved. Thanks

Great experience overall. The car was clean, comfortable, and reliable, and Chinedu was friendly and helpful. One suggestion would be to consider using a lock box for key pickup and return, which could make the process a little more convenient and flexible for both the host and guests. We really enjoyed the trip overall. Thank you!
