Thank you for your feedback, Melissa. This Compass has a 2.0L engine and has been the most fuel-efficient vehicle I’ve personally owned. Previous guests have also praised its fuel economy, cleanliness and fresh smell. I cleaned and drove the vehicle to the delivery point before your trip and noticed no unusual odour. Please guest see other recent reviews that speak about the pleasant scent of the car.
