This was my first time using Turo, and the experience couldn't have gone better!
I rented Abbey's Hyundai Santa Fe and drove from Moncton to Boston and back. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, reliable, and made me feel safe throughout the entire trip.
Abbey was incredibly friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Before I left, she took the time to show me how to use the cruise control, which I really appreciated since I wasn't familiar with that feature. It made the long drive much more comfortable.
Both pickup and drop-off were smooth and convenient. Overall, it was an excellent experience from start to finish. I would not hesitate to rent from Abbey again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a stress-free rental experience.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent car rental experience. The level of service provided fell well below any acceptable standard, and I feel compelled to document each failure in detail.
1. UNEXPLAINED REFUELING CHARGES
I have been charged a refueling cost with no supporting invoice or documentation attached. This is entirely unacceptable. I will not accept a vague line-item charge with no transparency or proof.
2. VEHICLE NOT READY AT AGREED TIME
The vehicle was not available at the confirmed pickup time. I was left waiting outside by the host for over 30 minutes with two small children. This was not a minor inconvenience — it was a wholly unreasonable situation, and no adequate explanation other than "I thought you will be here later."
3. UNCLEAR AND CHANGED DROP-OFF PROCEDURE
The drop-off process was poorly communicated from the outset, and to make matters worse, the host unilaterally changed the drop-off arrangements. This caused significant inconvenience and disruption to my plans.
In summary, this experience was marked by a lack of organization, poor communication, and a complete disregard for the customer's time and wellbeing.
I am leaving a 1-star rating, which I consider generous given the circumstances. I will not be recommending this service to others, nor will I be making any future bookings.

Thanks for your feedback. The vehicle was provided with a full tank and returned with approximately a quarter tank. You were reminded to refuel before return and informed at drop-off that a reimbursement request would be submitted through Turo, which was viewed shortly after submission. We apologize for the pickup delay; however, despite arriving approximately one hour after the scheduled time, instead of treating it as a no-show. We provided free drop off as complimentary yet you say otherwise.
