Adam was great . Let us return car at airport before our departure . Very easy to deal with and friendly . Car was a little rough . Needs windshield wipers , exhaust is a little loud and tires should be aligned . Got us from point A to B without issues . Overaĺ we were satified and would recommend as an alternative to high priced rentals .

The process of picking up and returning the car was easy. The car was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for luggage. The downsides were the constant noise coming from the front axle and a knocking sound when going up hills. The tires were very worn, causing hydroplaning in the rain, which wasn't helped by the condition of the roads.

Ford Escape was good. The new pick up/drop off location could have been updated on the App but Adam did call to let me know prior to us taking a taxi to the wrong place.
