Milan was easy to get a hold of, and responded in a timely manner. The vehicle was clean, well kept, and easy to drive. The pick up and drop offs were perfect. Thanks for a great experience. I recommend Milan highly.

Overall, I had a good experience renting this Nissan Rogue through Turo. The vehicle was clean and had several great safety features that made the trip comfortable and enjoyable.
One issue I experienced, however, was with the rear liftgate. The trunk door is faulty and would unexpectedly start closing while I was loading and unloading items. It actually came down and hit my head on 2 instances, which could pose a safety risk, especially for families or anyone handling luggage.
Aside from that issue, the rental experience was positive. I would recommend that the host have the liftgate inspected and repaired to prevent injuries for future renters.

Hi Aakash, sorry your trip wasn’t perfect. The liftgate did start functioning incorrectly, but it always beeped 3 times before slowly closing—there was no free fall. The issue could also be reset by holding the liftgate button for 5 seconds. I just wish I had been informed when it first happened, as I would have been happy to help you fix it during the trip. I feel the 4 stars has more to do with me not dropping you off at the airport for completely free (30 kms each way 60kms total)

Milan was outstanding to deal with — responsive, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole rental.
The car was excellent and perfectly prepared for winter. It had snow tires, a snow brush, and even a full refill of wiper fluid — everything we could possibly have needed.
It’s clear he takes real pride in his rentals, and it was a pleasure renting from him.
We will definitely rent from Milan again when we return to Halifax.
