Mr. Patel was a great host and explained each step to me, a new user to Turo. The car was in good order and a pleasure to drive. Mr. Patel also helped me through navigating getting another car when our flight was canceled due to Westjets strike/lockout.

First time using Turo and I was initially a little apprehensive as it was new to me. The overall rental process was easy and dealing with Nilesh was fantastic. We rented a Pathfinder from Nilesh for our family as it was difficult to find anything with enough seating capacity from the other legacy rental outlets. It was exactly as advertised and rental rates were very affordable. I will definately be renting from Nilesh if we ever return to Halifax
