Turo I would never use again in my life. We rented a car for 1 day was supposed to be 211$ to extend the time of drop off by a few hours showed on the site at 246$ total. We assumed that this was the new total. Nope. We paid 458$ for this service. Not only did we pay an ridiculous amount but they charged us the turo fee twice. I tried through customer service to straighten this out, and no help. They told me that this is their policy. Picked up at 10 and returned at 5 the next day. $458!!!!
Don't use this site!! I will be telling all I know not to use turo. Very happy with Milan, but very disappointed with turo.
