Good car, recent and clean and easy to drive.
I also booked camping gear which were in good conditions, good quality and easy to use as well.
Contacting the host was pretty easy and quick response overall.
I would recommend, the process for pick up and drop off was pretty straightforward (in Coquitlam location)

Car quality was good and as listed. The pickup was kind of brutal. We were not told where the vehicle was and it took 3 of us 40 minutes of looking through the entire airport parking lot to find the vehicle at midnight. The address provided led us to an empty parking lot. We attempted to contact the number provided but there was zero customer service or support and the host did not get back to us until almost noon the following day. Not a great start but otherwise a good trip with the car.
