Car pickup and return was easy. Fernando was responsive and courteous. The car was amazing to use around town. Backup and 3d camera was super handy when parking especially downtown. Very spacious car. Made our trip really easy! Thank you!

Unfortunately, one tire was extremely bald and we were unable to drive it for our trip. The tire shop said all 4 tires were in need of replacement.
Missed our ferry trying to sort and a replacement.
Disappointed that Fernando hadn't checked the tire condition before. It's a simple task.

I rented the car on the 26th and it was a great experience. The car was very clean, smooth to drive, and in excellent condition. Today while returning the car, I accidentally forgot my bag inside. I contacted the owner and he was very helpful—he specially unlocked the car for me so I could get my bag back. Really appreciate the great service and kindness. Highly recommended!
