Booked a 7-seater Mitsubishi for a month but never received the vehicle I reserved. I was provided a Mazda CX-5 as a temporary replacement and was repeatedly assured from May 31 to June 3 that the Mitsubishi would be ready “tomorrow.” After several days of waiting and relying on those assurances, I was finally told the vehicle would not be available at all. Disappointing communication and unfulfilled commitments. No compensation was offered despite the inconvenience. Would not book again.

The car quality was horrible and it broke down. I only used it because I had no other options and was pressed for time as it was. The pickup location was sketchy to say the least and above all the host I don’t even believe is the actual owner of this vehicle due to the name on the registration and paperwork being different.. wouldn’t be surprised if this vehicle is / has been stolen somehow . DO NOT RENT THIS VEHICLE
