The car was very clean, and the host was wonderful to communicate with. Everything went smoothly, and I would definitely recommend renting from them!

i wanted to give Roberto the benefit of a doubt. He was such a nice and friendly seeming guy. He rushed to bring me a second vehicle and saved my weekend when the CRV broke down. However, I withheld a bit of info the towtruck driver showed me, and I have documented, that he had provided me a vehicle with unregistered plates which is completely illegal and put me in danger of being charged if pulled over. He also went radio silent the minute he got his second vehicle back and refused to close the repair ticket I had opened through Turo in an attempt to run the time out and force me to pay for the tow. I doubt this host will be on Turo much longer as the agent told me he would be removed from the service for illegally breaking terms of service. Too bad, seemed like a nice helpful guy as I had rated him on the second vehicle. Never trust anyone. Please report damage to Turo right away so they can save you from unscrupulous people who put you in unregistered vehicles

We have completed over 500 trips while maintaining a 5-star rating. The claim that the original vehicle had unregistered plates is false–the plates were valid and registered to that vehicle. The guest began using profanity after we replied one day later, which was reported to Turo, so we ended direct communication. Honda also confirmed the CR-V had no warning lights and was driving normally upon arrival, and that documentation was provided to Turo. We made our best effort to accommodate you.
Car smelt like cigarettes and alcohol.
