Jenn was very responsive, car drove great. Definitely helped having a luxury SUV. We drove in a different car and truck but BMW was way better for the extra bumpy roads in St. John’s.

This X5 is increadibly comfortable to drive, which was greatly appreciated for the long drives required to visit Newfoundland. The included daily mileage on this car is also sufficient to easily accomplish this, without having to worry of exceeding. The car was immaculate when picked up and the hosts demonstrated flexibility in the process, as our flights arrived and departed from St. John’s at somewhat odd hours. Communication with the hosts was also flawless. Thanks again for the great ride!!
