We had a great experience renting from Lucie! She was incredibly flexible, helpful, and attentive throughout the entire process. Communication was seamless -she responded quickly to every message, which made everything stress-free and easy. The Crosstrek Subaru itself was perfect: comfortable, easy to drive, and handled icy road conditions with complete safety and confidence.
We had a few setbacks during our trip and itinerary, and Lucie was very helpful and understanding.
Highly recommend renting from Lucie, we couldn’t have asked for a better host!

The car was great and we had no difficulty with it. It’s easy to drive park, and has plenty of room. The park pass was super nice to have and the chairs we rented also came in handy. Pick up was a bit difficult. We messed up on the timing when booking the car and put our pick up for a couple hours earlier than we could actually get the car. Our fault! But when trying to coordinate a new time Lucy seemed very inflexible. We ended up waiting for her to pick up the car even a little bit after she agreed to meet us. When coming in from out of the country with lots of bags and no transportation, this made things very difficult. And when returning the car, we decided to change our departure time and asked her if we could drop the car off early. She said that would be fine and that she was flexible to even drop us off if needed. But when we arranged a drop off time, she said she had a meeting and would t be home to just leave the keys outside. Just make sure all your times are on the spot and you don’t have any alterations in your plans. Otherwise the car ran great and we had no problems. Also, ask if you need transportation from Calgary airport. We had no idea this was even an option and made other transportation plans in advance that were very expensive.
Alma, thanks for sharing, though the issues you describe were due to your booking errors. You chose a pickup time 3 hrs before you could arrive (trips are no-shows after 30 min = you lose the car + money). I rearranged my schedule so you didn’t lose the booking entirely. I was not late at all, you waited at the wrong address.
For drop-off, you changed very last minute—I still offered options but could not leave mid work meeting.

Lucie’s Crosstrek was super clean and fun to drive!! Lucie delivered the vehicle to our location, and explained the vehicle’s operating points, and answered all the questions we had. She was super helpful with tips for our trip in Canmore/Banff/Calgary! We definitely recommend renting from Lucie!
