Matt was awesome to work with! Super prompt, great communication, and incredibly helpful coordinating our pick-up and drop-off locations, which made everything easy and stress-free. The whole experience was seamless from start to finish. Would absolutely rent from Matt again next time we’re in Banff. 5 stars all the way!

One suggestion that would significantly improve the Turo app is better synchronization between the in-app chat and trip details. It can be confusing when pickup locations or other important logistics are discussed in the chat but aren’t reflected elsewhere in the app. Keeping these details synchronized would help reduce misunderstandings and make the pickup process smoother for both hosts and guests.

Our host had the car in pristine cleanliness the car was spacious and well suited for a party of 3-4 with each a checked luggage and carry on. Our host was very good at communicating and was very happy to help make our trip smooth and stress free. I couldn’t say a better review of car and host. Thank you.
