Car was good. Miscommunication and confusing communication with the host about pickup

Thank you for the review and for taking good care of the vehicle! I’m glad to hear the car was great for your trip. Regarding pickup, Turo guidelines require hosts to verify the driver’s license before releasing the car, which is why I sent reminders the evening before to ensure a smooth morning pickup and avoid trip cancellation. I appreciate your feedback and hope you enjoyed your time here:)
