This was My first rent with turay but in the end it all went well. The car is very smooth and Quiet. One thing to note, at the charger that I used, the charging cable wouldn't come out and it took some research to find out that you need to press the unlock key three times to release the cable

Thanks Leslie. And thanks for leaving that tip for others. It's included in the manual here in turo. Along with the other tip that you can also unlock the charger by tapping on "stop charging" on the main display charging controls
Amazing experience from start to finish! The Volkswagen ID.4 was clean, well-maintained, and drove perfectly throughout the trip. Pickup and drop-off were smooth and hassle-free, and the host was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Everything was exactly as described. I highly recommend hiring this vehicle, it is new, clean and drives like a dream. The owner Ryland was such a pleasure to deal with, he was so patient when we had a struggle and even gave us travel ideas. He was very accommodating and we truly appreciated it.
