Great communication and great car!
As hosts, we truly appreciate having guests like them. It was an excellent experience throughout. They took great care of the vehicle, were very polite, respectful, and understanding at all times. We would be more than happy to host them again and look forward to welcoming them in the future.

I honestly don’t like leaving negative reviews, but in this case I feel I have to.
About five days before the trip, I asked the host if the car was good to take to Vancouver and was told it was in good condition. On flat roads it drove fine, so I trusted that and continued.
However, once I got into mountain driving, especially on steep downhill sections (Highway 3 and 5), the braking felt unsafe. The steering wheel was shaking heavily under braking and the front end felt unstable and honestly thought the front tires will come off. It was serious enough that I didn’t feel safe continuing, so I cut my trip short and returned the car three days early.
Communication was also slow. The host was out of town, so everything went through his cousin, which involved long wait times.
My experience with Turo support was also disappointing. When I called from the road and explained how dangerous the situation felt and was scared for my life and other drivers, I was told, “that’s why we have insurance,” which was not appropriate given the circumstances. I was later asked to provide video proof, but in that moment my focus was on controlling the vehicle safely, not recording and it didn’t even cross my mind.
After returning the car, I realized I left my Parks Canada pass inside and have been waiting many hours without a response to retrieve it.
I understand issues can happen, but for trips involving mountain driving, the vehicle should be in a safe condition. I hope this is taken seriously for future renters.
Do not give this person your vehicle. This guy made a false statement deliberately that the vehicle is not performing well on down hill conditions. The brakes are not good and the vehicle is shaking. We did inspection from certified inspector and as per him the vehicle is in very good condition. The claim was completely untrue and baseless, just making the things to avoid paying full days trip money. Even after completing the trip his behaviour was totally unprofessional and lacked courtsey.

I had a great experience renting from Raminder. The car quality was excellent—clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. It drove smoothly with no issues throughout the trip, which made the whole experience stress-free.
The pickup location was convenient and easy to find, and the process was quick and efficient. I appreciated how seamless everything was from start to finish.
As a host, Raminder was outstanding—responsive, friendly, and very accommodating. Communication was clear, and he made sure I had everything I needed. I would definitely recommend renting from him and would gladly book again in the future. His after drop off service is excellent.
