Clean and efficient car, very happy with this rental. The only thing is pickup/dropoff can be a little confusing due to airport layout and lack of signage for the Economy Lot. It is outdoors, just a few minutes walk away from the terminal (but you're still on airport property). I was glad the host was responsive when we called or messaged for guidance. Once we figured it out, the car was exactly where the directions said it would be. Rental was satisfactory and host communication was good when we needed help. Would rent again if able to!

5 stars! The pickup and drop-off instructions were crystal clear, making the whole process hassle-free. The car drove smooth and was super reliable throughout my time in Calgary. Highly recommend!

IMPORTANT NOTE - This car is NOT at the address in the app. The host sends a pin where the car is. In my opinion, there could be clearer communication that the address is not the same as the pin. Our Lyft driver dropped us off at the address stated in the app, and we had to walk 15 minutes to the correct address, at 11PM with heavy luggage.
The host did answer my call promptly and checked in through out the trip. The car was clean and nice, overall the rest of the process was very smooth.
