I had a great experience renting from YYC Car Rental. The car arrived to me on time and was immaculately clean. Communication with the team was always quick and easy.

Great vehicle for driving around various parks in Alberta. Excellent fuel economy. Optimal size for a group of 5 travellers with carry on luggage to stow. Pickup and drop off process is very easy and there was always someone to answer questions.
Vehicle had some scuffs and chips on windshield from previous driver but YYC Rentals was very honest and upfront about them when I picked up the vehicle.

This car is a little worse for wear. The hubcaps are missing (not like the photo). There are dents on the back that are rusting and unfortunately the car smelt so strongly of gas inside that I had to swap the car for a different one. This company was always responsive and went the extra mile to make sure I had a vehicle that was appropriate for my needs and delivered it to me. I would absolutely rent with them again, but likely not this particular vehicle.
