I had to book this car last minute around midnight as a replacement for another rental that had a mechanical issue. Vijay's rental was accepted and I immediately drove over an hour to pick it up. Since I was running late, I called and asked for a grace period. Vijay eventually waited for me, which I really appreciated. He initially kept asking me to arrive by 11:30 PM, which was physically impossible given the distance, but thankfully he still waited.
Throughout my trip, the car worked well, drove smoothly, and had no issues. However, after I returned the vehicle, Vijay contacted me about the fuel level and said the fuel range was different from what he expected. I had returned the car earlier than the original return time and with the tank filled to full, so I was surprised that he was considering an additional charge. Ultimately, he did not charge me anything extra regarding the gas, but the situation was an unnecessary inconvenience after an already stressful trip. Vijay also contacted me multiple times asking me to leave a review.
Overall, I appreciated that he waited for me that night, and the car itself was reliable throughout the trip. Aside from the fuel-related communication and repeated requests for a review, it was a good rental experience.
