Car is good but host messages too often unnecessarily, can feel invasive.
She sends too many messages and even called me once without any need. Makes you feel like you’re being supervised / monitored.
A key part of Turo’s value proposition is to have contactless pick up and return. That wasn’t the case for return. Multiple messages from the day before, even a call, and host arrived right behind us as soon as I parked at the airport, which was uncomfortable.
The guest showed irresponsible and rude behavior. I had clearly sent detailed instructions regarding the car return and parking process, which are necessary to complete the trip properly. Unfortunately, the guest did not take these instructions seriously or respond positively.
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
