Amazing ride. Communication was smooth.

Vehicle was great. Host left a cooler. It was useful for hiking.

Communication- I had sent multiple messages to the renter during the travel day as my flights were delayed. They advertise in the listing as a 24hr service. After no response regarding delivery of the vehicle…. I then was not told where the key was in the car. No messages were returned until I finally proposed that I leave the key in the unlocked car overnight.

Pickup- Awful. I landed expecting a hand off as described in the listing. Upon landing, the pickup location had been updated to an economy lot far from the terminal. It was freezing rain and I was traveling with two small kids. If I would have known the service wasn’t available I would have chosen a different option. Again— I reached out and received no response regarding drop off.
The pickup location was also labeled as economy lot 9. There is no economy lot 9. This was my first time to Calgary and I had to ask multiple people this question trying to figure it out.

Gas- rental was not left on a full tank for pickup. It was ~3/4 tank. I returned on full because that’s how rentals work. Unfortunate, that renters are held to no standard here.

Extras- I rented the cooler. It smelled so bad that I couldn’t even use it.

Car- overall good condition. Great vehicle for the wet weather here. Just not a great host.

Car was great, maybe a 7.5/10 for cleanliness, but it’s also parked at airport lot so maybe that’s to blame? No issues, host was responsive with communication. Location was not ideal when I arrived, but that’s all subjective to where the last person parked in relation to what airline you come in. All in all, good experience!

I had a terrible experience. When I picked up the vehicle, the front windshield already had a huge crack. I messaged the host and he said he was aware of that damage. However, the photos did not show any damage on the vehicle. The host was not well communicative.
