Great service but FSD not working well

The car was amazing and there was no issue using it on my trip. The snow tires especially came in clutch when I had to end my trip early due to a snow storm. Will definitely rent again from Francois next time I’m here!

This car was amazing, it was a pleasant surprise to give fsd available too. We drive Teslas at home, so getting access remotely meant out profile and media as came across, making for a super easy trip. Thankyou!
Francoise also kindly dropped the car straight to our accommodation which greatly helped our trip.

Keyen was so nice, even while there were some issues with the car. The adapter being difficult to remove, as well as the other phones, not being deleted from the system so that we could easily hook up Bluetooth, and ultimately the tire that’s stripped on the drive into the Rockies. They took care of everything, and we’re so great about it, yet it was a much more adventurous journey than we would’ve liked. These things happen.

Great car, full self driving is pretty amazing, and the Tesla app makes pickup and drop off super easy.
The car is actually located a shuttle ride away from the airport. Not a huge deal, but waiting for the shuttle w -30 windchill wasn’t too fun.
