Ac is not working properly . Don’t recommend this car if you’re going to visit banff. You have to spend half of your trip in the charging station.

I am not sure why you say it, there is a supercharger on your way to Banff and 95% of the people renting Tesla always go to Banff. We never have any problem. Regarding the AC it might be you not being familiar with electric car because the AC is working very good in this car.

The glass roof has a crack, and the air conditioner makes an unusual noise. Fortunately, there were no safety issues during the trip. I hope the owner can have the glass roof checked and repaired.
