Lorenzo is very professional and helpful. He explained everything, has the car in great condition and went extra mile to make the trip good for us. Would definitely recommend if you’re visiting calgary and surrounding.

The YYC pick up and drop off with this was a complete disaster. You have to wait for him to meet you outside of the arrivals, drive to an area to take pictures then he drives you to a gas station so he can get picked up by someone. He also expects you to do the same upon dropping the car off. Unless he gets a better system that actually makes this convienent I would NOT RECOMMEND this provider for an airport drop off and pick up. The car was great, nice little ride and good on gas.
