This was my first time renting through Turo, and I’ll admit I was a little hesitant since I’ve always gone with the big-name rental companies. However, my experience with Yin Wayne and Venus (co-host) was excellent from start to finish.
The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and seamless, and the car was fantastic - spotlessly clean, comfortable, and loaded with features.
I would highly recommend Wayne and Venus to anyone considering Turo. I’ll definitely be encouraging my friends and family to confidently give Turo a try. A great first experience!

Just wanted to share how awesome my experience was with rental! The host was super friendly and made the whole process a breeze. Seriously, picking up and dropping off the vehicle was so smooth. They were really accommodating with my schedule too. The car itself was in fantastic condition, clean, and ran perfectly. It made my trip so much more enjoyable. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle-free rental. They really went above and beyond.
