Drop off location was inaccurate. I was informed about the new parking location only around 1.5 hours before my check out time. My flight changed so I was in a hurry and had to return the car early. Once I got to the original drop off location, I was told to park at another place. I requested to park at the initial location as shown on the app, but was told that I'll have to pay for the parking charge. The host should've informed me about this from the very beginning or at least 24 hours prior to my check out time. Despite the new location being a 3 min drive away (due to construction, shortest route was blocked) this caused so much inconvenience especially as I was in a rush to catch my flight.
Thanks for addressing these issues. Sorry about the planned construction. Your check out time was 11AM at our Buidling, not the airport. We messaged you at 9:04AM with options.We had no idea you’re dropping off early, and we were at work. You would have had to pay for minimum of 2 hrs of parking. The offer of nearby free parking spot was an option to save you money. After all that, the car was still parked in a payment required unmarked stall. We sent you the exact stall number with 3 pictures.
